SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES + ESTIMATES
All orders come with standard $5 flat rate shipping within the United States. Shipping most likely ships through the USPS. Under certain circumstances such as delays we will ship via a different service such as UPS or Fedex.
If you sign up for our mailing list you will receive a coupon for free shipping.
If you place an order and would like expedited shipping you can see those rates at check out - sadly Bastian KNTWR does not cover this. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from Bastian KNTWR which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at knitwear@bastiankntwr.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES

The refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RATES
At this time we do not accept international orders - BUT we am currently working to expand my shipping range so please stay tuned!
